Up for sale is a sweet 1971 Martin 0-16 NY in its original natural finish. I've always loved the simplicity of this model and this particular example sounds quite nice. Features include an 0 sized body with a 12 fret design, spruce top and mahogany back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and bridge and a wider 1 7/8th nut width. Cosmetically this guitar is in excellent condition showing no cracks and no major spots of finish wear less directly underneath the strings on the face of the body. Playability wise the guitar plays well in the cowboy chord positions and has higher action further up the neck. This Martin would benefit greatly from a neck reset. We have factored a neck reset into the price this guitar with the understanding it will need one upon arrival if lower action is desired. Comes complete with a non original soft case.
