A brand new Collings OM2H in Gloss Natural finish.
What a wonderful guitar. A 14-fret Orchestra Model design with Herringbone purfling and Ivoroid binding along with a beautifully detailed rosette. Collings hand selects the finest woods and graduates its tops to the ideal thickness for peak resonance. Collings guitars are PLEKed and the frets are then hand dressed for perfect feel and performance. The thin Nitrocellulose lacquer is hand sanded between coats to provide a perfect luster and let the guitar breathe. Collings overlooks no detail to make their guitars among the very best in the world. We love these guitars and we know you do, too.
OM' stands for "Orchestra Model," but 80 years after this body shape was first designed it has become the most popular 14-fret model with fingerstyle guitar soloists who choose to play on steel strings. The compact shape makes the Collings OM equally easy to handle onstage or when sitting on the couch, and the relatively shallow body (barely over 4 inches deep) results in balanced tone and an immediate response.
