Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech.  In Good Vintage condition with normal wear for an instrument of this age, including scratches and other signs of normal handling and use.  The top has had the bracing removed and reinstalled.  It appears to us that the back has been removed at one time, probably to work on the top bracing.
