This Magnatone Melodier Advanced Model 110 Amp is Very Good Vintage condition with moderate wear for an amplifier of this age.  The Gray Pearloid has some clouding here and there and some areas of finish that has chipped off, but overall still looks quite charming.  It's vintage, baby!

These early Melodiers are cathode‑biased 6V6 push‑pull amps with simple tone control and no true Magnatone varistor vibrato yet, so think more “small tweed combo” than the later stereo/vibrato Magnatones.  Big midrange, soft top, and early compression, breaking up smoothly when pushed, very much in the vein of a narrow‑panel Deluxe in feel. Enough clean headroom for lap steel or rhythm at moderate volume, but they get into singing overdrive well before a blackface‑era Fender of similar size.
