Up for sale is a stunning and lightweight 1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior Double Cut in its original and faded cherry finish. This instrument is largely original and is a fantastic example of a late 50s Junior! 59 neck carve with neck measuring .89 @ 1st and 1.0 @ 12th, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard w/ larger late 50s fret-wire, Visible pot codes are 134914 dating to the 14th week of 1959, original dog-ear P90 and all the attitude you could ask for. Strap buttons are changed and there is an additional strap button hole on the bass side horn. Aftermarket tuners were installed at one point and thus there are additional tuner screw holes on the back of the headstock, original tuners are back on. Otherwise this one is entirely original and a true joy to play. Pro setup in house and comes complete with a non original hard case. Weight: 7lbs. 0oz.
