Description

A 1961-62 Gretsch Bikini Doubleneck Bass/Guitar in Black finish.

It's a bird, it's a plane, no it's a doubleneck bass and guitar manufactured by Gretsch in 1961 or 62.  It's also a piece of Guitar History, obviously, and you won't see many of these around as only about 50 were ever made.  If you're a Gretsch fan, you really have to check this out.  With interchangeable removable necks and a hinged folding body, this guitar was designed to be flexible and portable.  Comes with its original hard shell case and the guitar itself is mostly original, with one set of replaced mounting rails.  A true collectable.  Call for more details or an in-hand description.
