Freshly set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech, this vintage Strat is dialed in and ready for some rock and roll. In Excellent vintage condition with very modest wear and tear for an instrument of this age, including minor scratches, a few dings and nicks, plus light aging of hardware and finish. This Strat presents as a very clean example despite the fact it is over 50 years old.
This guitar has a replaced nut and a recent professional refret, but is otherwise all original. Includes original hang tags and strap. Also comes with original bridge cover. This Strat has an interesting back story. We are told it was custom ordered by a gentleman from the Isle of Wight and delivered there in 1967. It was later purchased by a second party and subsequently made its way to the U.S. The guitar has a UK-made case that was married to the guitar at time of purchase. While not technically an "original" Fender case, it most certainly is original to the guitar and a very cool vintage collectable in its own right.
The guitar itself has its original dated pickups and untouched wiring. Feel free to contact us in the Shop for an in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have as to condition or originality.
It's not often that a 1967 Strat walks through our front door, but when the guitar is left-handed as well, that's incredibly rare. If you're a lefty who always dreamed of owning and playing a true vintage Strat, you can make that dream a reality today. See below for more details and specifications.

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings. Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so. We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument. Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.
We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear. If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us at the Shop for a complete in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
