Not only does this Gibson J-200 hold the history of its 60 years of life, it provides a snapshot of a moment in Gibson construction history. Gibson was experimenting widely with bracing patterns for the J-200 in this era, and this one has one of the most unique iterations we've seen: a factory installed internally mounted adjustable bridge jack/reinforcement that works to support the bridge and alleviate string tension. This guitar also features a black headstock stinger, adding to its uniqueness even further.
