Up for sale is an exceptionally cool and very clean 1967 Gibson Trini Lopez semi-hollow body in a stunning, vibrant and original cherry finish. Overall this example is in fantastic shape and only shows minor finish fading, some scattered finish checking, as well as some minor dings. The original patent sticker humbuckers sound fantastic and truly nail the classic 60s 335 / semi hollow tones. Both pickups retain their pat number stickers on the bottom of the pickups. This Trini is entirely original less the knobs which have been changed with a modern repro set. Pro setup in house and comes with a non original hardshell case. Fun fact, this guitar was owned by actor Malcolm McDowell. Weight: 7lbs. 15oz.
