Up for sale is a 2006 Gibson ES-137 Classic in Heritage Cherry Sunburst. These center block single cut Gibson semi hollow guitars are always a joy to have through the shop. This one comes to us cosmetically in good condition and does show some wear. The notable spots are around the rear strap pin where there is a bit of finish damage. In addition there is a scratch by the neck pickup volume control. This one had a different set of tuning keys on it at one point and some screw holes were added. We opted to put the original grovers back on which cover the holes almost completely. Also the pickups were swapped to Lollar Imperial Low Wind hum buckers at one point, we think it sounds great and plays even better! The frets look great and have lots of life left in them. Anyone looking for a killer Semi Hollow Gibson should consider this one!

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings. Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so. We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument. Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.
We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear. If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us at the Shop for a complete in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
