Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech.  In Excellent condition with modest wear for an instrument of this age, including light scratches, small dings, and other minor signs of handling and use.  There has been a repair to the center seam on the top below the bridge.  The seam was glued (no cleat necessary) and some minor finish touch up is visible.
