Description

Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech.  In Excellent Factory Relic condition with simulated wear and aging as might exist on a 50-year-old instrument.  The Bigsby is factory original as is the entire guitar.  Included with the guitar is a note from Dale Wilson to the original purchaser of the guitar.

Before Dale Wilson became an established and sought-after Masterbuilder for Fender Custom Shop, he was an apprentice builder.  A '52 Telecaster model he made as an Apprentice for the 2011 NAMM show garnered 12 orders and led to his promotion to Master Builder.  The rest, as they say, is history.  This is your opportunity to snag this early example of the model that launched Wilson's career as a Fender Master Builder.  It doesn't get much better than that.  See below for more details and specifications.

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings.  Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so.  We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument.  Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.

We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear.  If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us to ask any questions you may have.  Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
