Model specs below:

The return of the semi-hollow 4005 bass guitar, now marked as the 4005V. This is a modern reissue of the classic 4005 semi-hollow body bass guitar that has been discontinued for over 30 years.

Originally born in 1965, the 4005's powerful, expressive voice, elegant good looks and supreme playability delighted players for decades before the model was eventually phased out in 1984.

The body shape followed the styling of the "New Style" Rickenbacker 360 model. This semi-hollow bass guitar had a rounded top edge, double cutaways and equipped with two pickups. The neck has a fingerboard with 21 frets and was attached to the body rather than "neck-thru" as on the solid body basses. It has a crescent soundhole, an 'R' tailpiece, checkerboard binding and pearlescent inlays.
