Freshly set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech. In Excellent condition with modest signs of having been handled and played. This guitar was constructed using original wood benches that have seated concert goers at the Hollywood Bowl for 100 years. That's pretty special in our opinion. Comes with a custom tour poster by Bob Dylan's graphic artist, Geoff Gans. See below for more details and specifications.
FROM BLACK VOLT:
The guitars in this collection are made from the historical benches from the Hollywood Bowl. This guitar was completely hand built by the small, but dedicated team of luthiers at Black Volt in Los Angeles, California. These guitars are built completely by hand on period correct machinery. No CNC machines are used in the construction of these instruments which results in a very unique, personal feeling and sounding instruments. The process we use to develop these instruments and finish is more like a careful restoration process or a negotiation with each unique wood to coax the next generation of life from it.
This wood is very rare with tons of mojo and historical iconography as the benches were witness to thousands of legendary shows at the iconic venue for many decades years before they were replaced with the new benches. This combination of woods and construction style used here has yielded an exceptional, tone rich instrument worthy of any stage, studio or collection. The combination of the aged Cedar and Redwood is a bright fast tone without the harshness normally associated with T- Style guitars. Loud and resonant this guitar is a joy to play. Now as instruments this wood is ready to continue it's musical story.

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings. Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so. We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument. Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.
We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear. If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us at the Shop for a complete in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
