Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech.  In Very Good vintage condition with moderate wear for an instrument of this age, including light scratches, dings, small nicks, some graphics worn through, and natural aging of parts and finish.  This Melody Maker has a great vintage patina.  Check out the beautiful Mahogany grain on the back of this guitar which shows that even budget instruments in 1961 often used great pieces of wood. 

Super light and with a very comfortable medium size neck profile.  Double pickup model which offers more tonal range than the more common single pickup version.  See below for more details and specifications.
