Freshly inspected and set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech. In Good used condition with moderate to heavy wear, including scratches, scuffs, dings, aging of finish and parts, and other typical signs of handling and play. We're not exactly sure about the origin of this guitar as there are no identifying markings or branding other than the "Duncan Seymourized" headstock logo.
This logo appeared on guitars made in the 1980s by Yumi Acoustics Laboratory, a Tokyo-based custom shop. This could possibly be one of those rare Japanese guitars or a neck from one of those guitars could have been joined to another body. We can't conclusively attribute this guitar to Yumi, so we're treating it as a high-level partscaster assembled in tribute to Seymour Duncan.
It's a nice, light, well-playing guitar and has a great vintage vibe. If you're in the market for a partscaster with a lot of mojo and possible historical connections to '80s Japan, this could be your guitar. Again, we can not attribute this guitar to Yumi and the guitar is priced with that in mind. Please feel free to contact us for an in-hand description and to ask any questions you may have before making a purchasing decision.

NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we try to represent the condition of all used and vintage guitars as accurately as possible in our listings. Every used guitar shows some signs of play wear and vintage models even more so. We call out all areas of damage or unusual wear, and describe the overall condition based upon what is "normal" for the age of the instrument. Expect to see minor dings, finish checking, or other evidence of normal use and aging which may not be captured by photography or explicitly mentioned in the listing.
We recognize that everyone has their own personal standard of what constitutes acceptable wear and tear. If play wear is especially critical for you, please contact us for a complete in-hand description and to answer any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
